Our platform rests on core pillars designed to drive Florence County School District Three forward. These include academic excellence through evidence-based instruction, educator support and retention, transparent community and family partnerships, and intentional, safe technology integration.

Addressing the challenges

When families are disconnected from schools, attendance drops, behavioral challenges rise, and student motivation wanes. Education works best as a three-way partnership between the child, the school, and the home. My vision aims to restore this connection, combat educator burnout, rebuild community trust, and optimize resource allocation.
